This is a Day-0 placeholder privacy policy. It will be expanded as features, hosting, and data flows are finalized. The intent is simple: collect the minimum data needed to run the service, protect it, and never sell it.

What we collect

• Customer content (the data submitted through forms) when the customer uses aby.dev for collection.

What we do with data

We do not use customer content for advertising or for training public models.

Where end-to-end encryption is enabled, content is encrypted at the source. We aim to keep access to plaintext content technically restricted and operationally limited.

We may use infrastructure providers to operate the service. If we use subprocessors, we will list them on a dedicated page when available. We aim to keep processing within the EEA or under appropriate safeguards.

Depending on how the service is delivered, users may be able to:

• request deletion of an account
• request export or deletion of customer content (subject to customer instructions)
